About Us

Staytoday Properties has three divisions, namely Residential sales, Letting management and Commercial sales. Even though they are completely different in the required skill sets, they create a well-rounded service for all clients.

The company was founded in 2008 by Jurie Kotze and Charles Muller.

Karin Malan joined the team in the same year, and quickly became a partner in the business. Even though Charles has subsequently left the property industry, we are grateful for his efforts in the initial setup of the business, and he remains a friend of Staytoday.

In 2016, Staytoday purchased 14 Raleigh Street in Richmond Hill, and after extensive renovations the company moved to its new home.

The company culture is of such a nature that integrity is the guiding principal and staff are treated like family.
