Springerbaai, Mossel Bay
Springer Bay is a magnificent 440 ha coastal property development in the Southern Cape, 15 km west of Mossel bay.
Each of the units will have a splendid view over Vleesbay with its virtually undisturbed beach and surf with seasonal sightings of whales and dolphins.
A variety of flora and indigenous animals are found on the site. In addition a dazzle of zebras and a herd of springbok has been reintroduced on the site.
The Development is in a nature sensitive area and an environmental management plan was implemented to protect the ecology. The indigenous flora is reinstated and foreign invasive plants removed.
Architectural guidelines for residential units are available. The thatched roof units were designed in the old Cape Dutch style which is typical of the area.
Potential owners may utilise the architectural plans available, or may develop their own design based on the guidelines.
